Executive - Business Development/Bid Management (1-4 yrs)
- Knowledge of bidding portals (upwork, PPH, Freelancer )
- Getting projects and making new clients for the company.
- Candidate should Know how to write proposal for project.
- Generate business via portals like upwork, PPH, Freelancer.
- Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and interact with clients.
- Manage the end to end bid process.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients requirements and acquisition.
- Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all products/services are included in the final price to the customer
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Bringings new projects through bidding. Client communication and Proposal making/writing, excellent communication & interpersonal skills flair for business development.
- Should be comfortable in client interaction.
