- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

- The ongoing training of your salespeople.

- To find new leads.

- Research and identify new business opportunities.

- Maintain good working relationships with customers.

- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.

- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.

- Position of Team Leader.

- Improvement of agent prospecting practices, calling habits, and work rules.

- Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.

Candidate Requirements :

Experience : Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing

 CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits

 Job Type : Full Time-On Roll

Age : 21 to 35 years

Education : Any Graduation
