Role Brief :
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing business in an assigned region. Company consisting of fintech/financial technology, liquidity provision, payments technology, financial brokerage & corporate services ,The role requires creating strategic alliances with partners, brokers, and affiliates, and driving new leads to the team. You will also maintain existing partnerships by fostering long-term relationships. You will be part of a client-facing department that focuses on providing value-driven relationship-based services to both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage a portfolio of partners, acquiring new partnerships while nurturing existing ones.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to deeply understand the industry.
- Meet and exceed team KPIs and business objectives.
- Support new and existing clients through email, phone, or chat communication.
- Negotiate terms of partnerships based on existing rebate structures.
- Develop strategies to increase lead generation and conversion.
- Identify potential business opportunities, clients, and VIP customers, focusing on profitable account creation.
- Maintain partner satisfaction by managing relationships and resolving issues.
- Direct partners to specific outcomes through company-approved communication channels.
- Educate partners about platforms and proactively offer new tools and features.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client relationships, or other client-facing roles within financial services.
- A sales-driven and goal-oriented personality with a focus on meeting KPIs.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business expansion.
- Strong business acumen and project management capabilities.
- Proven ability to create and execute a strategic business expansion plan.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to constant changes, and thrive under pressure.
