Executive - Business Development - BFSI (2-10 yrs)
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in life insurance. The role requires a proactive and motivated individual with a deep understanding of the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruiting Financial Agents/Advisors and drive insurance sales through client acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct presentations and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Monitor market trends and report on sales performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications :
- Any Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
