The Job :
Responsibilities :
Your key role will involve assisting in sales processes and providing support to the sales team. You will be responsible for managing various stages of the sales activities, including telecalling, client communication, and documentation. The main responsibilities include :
Telecalling Prospects :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products/services.
- Engage customers, understand their requirements, and gather necessary information for further follow-up.
Preparing Quotations :
- Work with the sales team to draft and send accurate quotations to clients based on their specific needs and preferences.
- Ensure all quotations are aligned with company standards and pricing models.
Follow-up with Clients :
- Maintain continuous follow-up with clients via phone calls or emails to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Update the CRM regularly with call notes and follow-up activities.
Booking and Coordination :
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to schedule product demonstrations, client meetings, and any other necessary appointments.
- Ensure seamless booking of services and products for clients once the sale is closed.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Serve as the first point of contact for any pre-sales inquiries or issues.
Sales Conversion :
- Converting potential leads to clients.

Skills and Qualifications :
Communication Skills :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone and in person.
Attention to Detail :
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when preparing quotations and following up with clients.
Proficiency in Tools :
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and basic quotation generation software.
Team Player :
- Ability to work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve common goals.
- Diligence
