Executive - Business Development - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage with real estate developers in MMR, addressing their financial needs.
- Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Lead the structuring and negotiation of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
- Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory updates.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies :
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Experience with private equity, NBFCs, and structured debt/equity funds
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in real estate finance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
