Executive - Business Development - BFSI (0-5 yrs)
Seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Insurance Policy Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
1] Sales Generation :
- Proactively identify and generate new leads.
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
2] Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on policy renewals.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
3] Product Knowledge :
- Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of various insurance policies.
4] Documentation and Compliance :
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Assist clients with policy applications and paperwork.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
