Executive - Business Development - BFSI (0-1 yrs)
We are hiring for various roles within our BFSI team, offering opportunities for both sales-focused individuals and those interested in back-office and other support functions. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our team's success.
Sales Roles:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet bank objectives for earnings, assets, liabilities, and credit quality across all product groups, as per agreed budgets and targets.
- Acquire New Clients: Proactively identify and acquire new client relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable bank products and services.
- Manage Client Relationships: Handle all aspects of client relationships, from identifying needs and advising, to structuring deals, preparing terms and conditions, and closing deals.
- Risk Assessment: Assess client banking needs and risks, managing relationships to optimize risk-reward for the bank.
- Product Promotion: Undertake brand communication initiatives and effectively communicate product positioning to differentiate our offerings in the market. Conduct market research to understand consumers, competition, and current market conditions.
- Financial Analysis: Appraise proposals through detailed analysis of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows), financial ratios, management risk, industry risk, and economic conditions.
- Compliance: Maintain high-quality documentation, client communication, and process compliance, working closely with product partners, OSD, Risk Management, and other Relationship Management groups.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: HS (Higher Secondary) or Any Graduation
- Age: 18 to 28 years old
