Executive - Business Development - BFS (1-4 yrs)
1) Min of 1 + Year experience in Direct Sales (Field Sales) B2B, B2C .They should have exp in selling paid product or service to the businesses .
2) Two Wheeler, Driving License and Smartphone(Android) is mandatory .
3) Decent English and Regional Language is must.
4) Prefer Candidates who completed their graduation, in exceptional cases we can take diploma candidates if they carry strong sales experience.
5) Age Below 32 years.
6) Should have the ability to generate their own leads.
7) Notice Period : should able to join immediately or 15 Days Max.
8) This purely field job and they have a generate their own leads .
9) Compulsory 15-20 Visits, 10-12 Product Demos and 1-2 Sales Conversions on daily basis is must.
