Roles & Responsibilities :
- Initiating phone conversations with prospective members who fill up the lead forms
- Following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle
- Achieving weekly targets in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring brand-standard experience of prospective members and sharing more about the benefits of the Beauty Club
- Saturdays and Sundays will be peak working but you will have a day weekly off and exciting perks
Apt for you if :
- You are an excellent communicator with a strong grasp of English
- You are awesome at convincing people
- Makeup is love and your pulse speeds up when you talk to like-minded enthusiasts
- That Adrenalin rush of a successful sale is addicting to you
- You have past sales experience
