Executive - Business Development - Banking (1-6 yrs)

Overview:

- Grow and expand the bank's customer base.

- Present banking solutions that meet clients' financial needs.

- Ensure excellent service and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Duties:

- Identify and connect with potential clients to offer banking products.

- Suggest appropriate financial solutions, such as credit facilities, deposits, and investment products.

- Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.


- Meet sales targets and help increase bank revenue.

- Follow banking rules and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Experience in sales or customer relations (preferred but not mandatory).

- Familiarity with banking services like loans and deposits.

- Ability to achieve goals in a target-driven environment.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
