Executive - Business Development - Bank (2-4 yrs)
- The BDE is responsible and clearly focused on generating new sales, achieving and maintaining sales targets, marketing and financial objectives.
- Also, will undertake any other duties assigned to him/her during his/her tenure by his/her reporting head from time to time
Profit & Loss Responsibility :
- Conduct monthly analysis of turnover and profitability vs targets and reporting on results to senior management
- Monitor and analyze all financial reports and implement corrective action where required
- Conduct forward forecasting to ensure continuous growth of the company
Internal Communication :
- Provides feedback to the Line Manager on all sales and service issues pertinent to the effective and profitable operation of the cluster
- Communicate and cooperate with internal service functions such as Finance, HR, Operations, Purchase, etc.
