Executive - Business Development - Bank (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- On-board customers onto the bank's liability products and services.
- Increase deposit acquisition rates among customers.
- Align liability management strategies with the bank's overall business objectives.
- Execute customer acquisition programs and campaigns across branches.
- Maximize customer onboarding and retention for liability products.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Champion a customer-centric approach in all day-to-day activities.
- Address customer feedback and communicate it to the team leader for updates.
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with customers during initial meetings.
- Understand customer needs and educate them on liability products to enhance their banking experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree with or without experience
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and educate customers on liability products.
- Basic knowledge of banking principles and liability products.
