Executive - Business Development/B2C Sales - BTL (1-4 yrs)
- Reporting to the Business Development Manager of the respective region / Location
- Identify, develop & manage strategic tie ups with apartment complexes to grow the business.
- Working as per the B2C sales plan, acquire customers by driving BTL Activities with the objective of onboarding customer in the system (APP download & Wallet recharge)
- Confidence, commitment and passion to solve business challenges and deliver consistently.
- Get involved in the community focused launch plan of the company's services.
- Develop visibility and contacts in the community & apartment associations. Work involves everyday visits to Apartment Complexes for a major portion of work hours, promoting digital platform (Internet / App).
- Work may involve door to door campaigns or pamphlet distribution, where situation demands or permits (May not be applicable during Covid 19 restrictions)
Mandatory Requirements :
- Bike (or any 2Wheeler) & Valid DL (Need to carry DL and RC for interviews) -
- Smart phone
- Good communication skills in English (Mandatory).
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Willingness & Ability or Experience in Field Sales
- Valid AADHAR No. (ability to generate e-aadhar).
Qualification : Min. PUC (10+2). (MBA and BE/BTech's not acceptable)
Age : Below 30 Yrs.
Experience : Fresher's acceptable. Experience not mandatory.
Work Locations : Kochi (within 5Kms of specific locations)
Shifts : As per business requirement. Candidate needs to be flexible and willing to work on break shifts.
Working Days : 6 Days
Weekly Off : Rotational (as per team workplan, Weekends are working days)
Salary : Upto 15KPM in hand based on performance in the interview (+ attractive performance based incentives).
