Executive - Business Development/B2B Sales - Recruitment Services (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
- AlmaBetter is seeking a motivated and dynamic B2B Sales Representative to join our team. In this role ,you will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to potential recruiters on LinkedIn, promoting AlmaBetter's services and building lasting relationships with clients.
Prime Responsibilities :
- Seek out new opportunities through calling warm leads, emails and leading job portals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential recruiters on LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of AlmaBetter's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with recruiters.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing leaders to brainstorm and develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback, and inspire team members to reach their full potential.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and professional negotiation.
- Strong understanding of email and LinkedIn communication.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and CRM systems, preferably Leadsquared.
