Job Purpose :
Business Development Executive are responsible for developing the business side of an organization. They must identify rising business opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospects.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Look for ideas leading to new business opportunities by conducting the industry research and events, publications, and announcements
- Reach out to the potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Updates job knowledge by participating in various events; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks etc.
- Keep watch on the market developments to meet the customer needs.
- Resolve issues aiming to client satisfaction and the preservation of the company's reputation.
- Revenue Generation initiatives
Desired Skills :
- Bachelor's in engineering and technology
- 2 to 5 yrs in Automobile/ Spare Part Industry
- Generating automobile spare part requirements from 4-wheeler Garages and workshops.(through calls and field visit)
- Experience on B2B Direct Sales.
- Ability to close Deal - right from lead generation to getting business out of the customer.
- Should have Achieve monthly targets and Maintain customer relations
- Follow up on potential Leads
- Must be ready to travel across city- preferably have a two-wheeler Confident, aggressive and good in communication
