Job Description:

At Motosavvy Service Hub Pvt. Ltd., we are in search of a skilled sales executive to join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE). In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our annual car and bike subscription products, which have become essential offerings for our valued customers. Your primary duties will involve generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ultimately closing deals. We're looking for a candidate who can effectively communicate the value of our products and drive sales growth through compelling presentations and negotiation skills.

Requirements & Skills :

Bachelor's Degree : A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding sales principles and strategies.

Strong Verbal and Written Communication : Your ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, will be crucial for engaging potential customers and conveying the benefits of our subscription products.

Drive to Seek New Business : You should possess a proactive mindset and a strong desire to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your enthusiasm and persistence will drive success in expanding our customer base.

Excellent Telephone Skills : Proficiency in telephone communication is essential for reaching out to prospects, conducting effective sales calls, and building rapport with potential clients.

Highly Organized : With multiple tasks and responsibilities to manage, strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining focus, meeting deadlines, and maximizing productivity.

Experience : Ideally, you'll have 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.

Work Location and Schedule : This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your responsibilities from the comfort of your home. The standard work schedule is 6 days a week, with Sundays off, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Mandatory Language: Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in any regional language will be advantageous in communicating with a diverse customer base.

Selection Process : The selection process includes an initial HR round followed by a Manager round to assess your suitability for the role and ensure alignment with our company values and objectives.

Target based incentives will be provided, 7 days of training will be provided (If the targets are not achieved then the salary will not be provided)
