Work timing - Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm)
Job Description -
1. Identify and acquire new business partners, generate new prospects and identify new product/service/business opportunities
2. Identify/develop/initiate new business opportunities with existing Business Partners and drives and execute marketing strategies and business plans
3. Search for potential client companies on the various platforms such as Google, India-mart, Trade-India etc.
4. Contact relevant persons in said companies
5. Educate them about our products (meet them if required)
6. Negotiate price, payment terms, lead time and get orders
7. Follow up for payment
8. Responsible in formulating sales strategies and prepare sales forecasts to achieve sustainable sales growth
9. Responsible for the preparation, presentation, negotiation and following up of business proposals
Required Candidate profile -
1. Work experience - Minimum 3 years in alloy & tool steel industry
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office
3. Decent command over written and verbal English
4. Market knowledge
5. Communication and negotiation skills
6. Ability to build rapport
7. Time management and planning skills
8. Candidate should look presentable
9. Candidate should be humble and soft spoken
10. We would prefer if the candidate can converse in languages other than English and Hindi like Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam etc.
