The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Client Services, Trade Finance Operations or Trade Support role, ideally within the Asset Management industry.
- You have strong experience in Credit Derivatives, Equities, Equity Derivatives, Funds/Asset Management and Securities.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
