Executive - Business Development - Advertising/PR Firm (2-5 yrs)
Business Development Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective corporate clients and close deals.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve business targets.
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements :
- Proven working experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Specific Skill Set: Sales, Marketing. Digital Media Marketing an added advantage
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 2 - 5 Years.
Annual CTC: 2.50 to 3.25 lacs [Fixed] + Variable
Location(s) of Job: Ahmedabad and Bangalore
Minimum Education Requirements: BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
No of rounds of Interviews: 3 Rounds
Work Timings: 11am to 8 pm
Travel & Allowance: As per policy
Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati [preferable], Kannada[preferable]
