Executive - Business Development - Advertising Firm (3-4 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive(BDE) with experience in the OOH advertising industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of OOH advertising channels, and a proven ability to drive business growth. Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the OOH advertising sector, including agencies, advertisers, and media buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations and advertising agencies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our OOH advertising solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build industry relationships.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree/master's degree in marketing & advertising.
- 3 to 4 Years of Experience in relevant field
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the OOH advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of OOH advertising formats, trends, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Existing network of contacts within the OOH advertising industry.
- Experience with digital OOH (DOOH) advertising platforms and technologies.
