1. Identifying new sales leads
2. Pitching our services
3. Maintaining a good relationship with existing clients
4. Keep prospective client databases updated.
5. Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads
6. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
7. Develop client proposals and presentations
8. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
