Job Title : Business Development Executive

Budget : 2.5 - 5 Lpa

Work Location : Office in HSR Layout Bangalore

Role Description :

- The Business Development Trainee will be responsible for assisting the business development team with lead generation, sales, and marketing initiatives. The role will involve working on market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects, creating presentations and proposals, and supporting the team with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Knowledge : Understand the products and services offered by Xxxxxx thoroughly. Articulate their functions and benefits to external audiences effectively.

Revenue Generation : Utilize the Inside Sales Model to generate revenue for Xxxxxx. This includes sourcing leads, reaching out to potential customers, and closing deals.

Customer Research :
Conduct research to generate lists of potential customers within the event industry. Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.

Target Customer Outreach : Proactively reach out to the target customer segment within the event industry. Initiate meaningful conversations, understand their pain points, and position Xxxxxx as a solution.

Cross-Sell Opportunities : Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to action these opportunities effectively.

Sales Targets : Set and achieve sales targets in terms of customer acquisition and monthly recurring revenue. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed these targets.

Individual Contributor Role : This role is primarily an individual contributor position. You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline and driving results independently.

Sales Process Management : Follow the sales process diligently, from sourcing leads to closing deals. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and prospects in the CRM system.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Prior experience in a business development or sales role is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.

- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.

- Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
