Executive - Business Development - Adverting Firm (1-3 yrs)
We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive (Non - IT) to join our Sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients.
Main Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive :
1. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
2. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
3. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
4. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
5. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Key Requirements :
1. You have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
2. Candidate should good English communication skills.
3. You have strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the specify industry.
4. You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus.
6. Candidate should have 1 - 3 years experience under Business Development profile.
