Executive - Business Development (4-6 yrs)
Our Client is an Asset Management Co. Alternative Investment platform, whose core principle is to bridge the gap between real estate developers seeking bridge capital and investors eager to embark on a wealth creation journey through strategic and high-quality investment in real estate.
Designation : Business Development Executive
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Industry: Experience in business development or sales roles within the real estate finance industry
Skills/Competencies
Track record of successfully structuring and executing transactions involving private equity, NBFCs, banking institutions, and structured debt/equity funds.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, coupled with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks governing real estate finance in India, particularly in the MMR region.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Public Speaking, Negotiation skill, Team leading.
Responsibilities once joined:
1. Identify and engage potential real estate developers in MMR, understanding their financial requirements and offering tailored solutions to address their needs.
2. Foster and nurture strong relationships with developers, Channel partners, (like financial consulting, brokers, architects, etc.)
3. Lead the negotiation and structuring of financial transactions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and the company's financial objectives.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including finance, credit, legal, and operations to ensure seamless execution of transactions and compliance with regulatory standards.
5. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate finance landscape in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai, providing strategic insights to senior management.
6. Drive revenue growth by achieving or surpassing sales targets, while upholding profitability and risk management standards.
7. Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's brand presence and expand its market reach within the real estate finance sector.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market intelligence to senior leadership.
9. Mentoring and leading the team assigned and taking all the steps to ensure divisional targets are met.
Past Experience :
Minimum of 0-1 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles within the real estate finance industry, with a strong grasp of financial products and services relevant to real estate development projects.
