Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and development of the company. With 2 years of experience in a similar role, the BDE will leverage industry knowledge, sales skills, and market insights to drive revenue and enhance the company's market position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the target market.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Manage the sales pipeline and take ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company.

- Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.

- Stay informed about industry changes and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.

- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset.

- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
