Executive - Business Development (2-6 yrs)

franchise network across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach : Identify and contact potential leads interested in franchise opportunities.
Franchise Explanation : Clearly explain our franchise business model, investment requirements, and operational benefits to potential investors.
Follow-up : Maintain consistent communication with leads, track their progress, and address their queries.
Sales Conversion : Guide leads through the entire process and close deals to convert them into franchisees.
Meeting & Presentations : Schedule and attend in-person meetings with interested leads to present the franchise opportunity and answer detailed questions.
Market Research : Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to strategically position the franchise offering.
Travel : Willingness to travel across India for site surveys, face-to-face meetings, proposal presentations, and payment collections (exclusive to male candidates).
