Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Experience with lead generation (job postings/paid users) by promoting the idea of the product to new clients and communicating new product developments to existing ones
- Conduct research (social media platforms) to identify new customers (B2B) in target market and complete appropriate research on their business and HR needs
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals, negotiate contract terms and design growth plans focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and
as agreed
- Develop junior team into valuable salespeople by conducting training sessions
- Create and maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices etc., provide trustworthy feedback & after-sales support
Desired skills and experience :
- Demonstrated achievements in B2B sales with proven experience of 2-5 years as a business development
officer/manager/sales executive
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients
- Demonstrate a positive, can go-the-extra-mile attitude & comfortable hitting daily/weekly/monthly deadlines
- Proficient in managing the full cycle from lead generation till closure
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with e-learning companies, recruitment firms/consultancies will be preferred
