Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential new clients within the UK market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and presentations.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of Acenteus products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Marketing and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales of products within the UK market (essential)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Knowledge of the UK business landscape and market trends (a plus)
