Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
- Understanding the future perspective of HAPSTIVE Services and developing strategies for growth of Hapstive Services by Managing sales, transition and delivery of HAPSTIVE products and services.
- Researching and analyzing the market to identifies and help to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers.
- Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
- Create marketing initiatives for business branding and promoting company's products.
- Collaborate with other teams and Management of Hapstive to develop new business.
- Develop effective working relationships with Clients through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales, Client relations and business development opportunities.
- GAP Analysis in the current business strategies and change them and help in preventing stagnancy in the business by implementing new ideas continuously.
- Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers.
- Typically reports to a manager.
- Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
- A good grasp of numbers and the ability to write documents and present to the management or customers in a professional style with an eye of a detail.
