Executive - Business Development (2-4 yrs)

Market Research & Lead Generation :

- Identify and target potential clients in sectors like education, corporate, and government.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, and online research.

Product Demonstration :

- Conduct on-site and virtual demonstrations of display solutions tailored to client needs.

- Highlight product features and benefits to address specific client requirements.

Sales & Deal Closure :

- Engage with decision-makers to assess their needs and propose appropriate solutions.

- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations.

- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction to foster repeat business.

Relationship Management :

- Build and nurture client relationships for long-term success.

- Provide post-sales support to address queries and explore additional sales opportunities.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

- Submit regular reports on progress toward targets and challenges faced.

Collaboration & Coordination :

- Work with the Sales Manager to develop and execute effective strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials and campaigns supporting sales efforts.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience : 2-4 years in sales, preferably in the technology or display solutions sector.

Skills :

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.

- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.

- Technical proficiency to explain product features effectively.

- Results-driven and self-motivated.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
