Responsibility & Deliverables :
- Generating Revenue at optimum Margins.
- Achieve and exceed the set targets of both Top-Line and Bottom-Line Clients.
- Conduct Market Research to identify new markets and customers.
- Maintain Cordial relationships and build rapport with clients.
- Assisting the Business Head in assessing the profile of the Customer to determine the Customer
- Credit Limit in the laid KYC format with an aim to achieve Zero Bad Debts.
- Planning the Call and Visit Calendar well in time ensuring periodical visits.
- Presenting well supported market information to the management for future strategic planning.
- Ensuring proper Coordination between Sales and Logistics team.
- Follow Fair Trade practices along with honesty & integrity.
- Maintaining and updating the Customer database periodically.
- Efficient and effective reporting of all Sales Calls and Visits, on a daily basis.
- Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the Characteristics, Strengths and Weaknesses of our existing products in par with competition.
- Visit HO twice a month for a Team Review meeting with BH.
- Ensure customer complaints are well addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Area Of Operation Mainly being in the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat (excluding Mumbai and Navi Mumbai)
