Executive - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
1. Sales Team/Warriors hunt for leads under various channels
a. Engaging the Customers by making Cold calls
b. Networking (Referral Exchange) with internal & external sales team
c. Existing customer reference - will reach & addressed by respective account holder in KAM or product specialist in TAM
d. Go-to-Market (GTM) - Areawise customer combing operation & database collection
e. Word of mouth & asking our existing clients for reference or connect point at well-known new client account
f. Enrolments with IndiaMart & Sulekha
g. Through lead points such as Architect, PMC, Consultants & contractors
2. Updating the customer company details/Info with their basic requirements in CRM
3. Simultaneously will send a case login to OEM, to ensure we take the 1st entry to that particular case to avail right to work
4. Once the LEAD is generated by sales warriors, the same leads is converted to Opportunity & Quote by our co-ordinators
5. After the Quote is done & shared to customer, we keep updating the current status of all the opportunity cases on weekly basis
6. Every week we will have our REVIEW meeting for which we ensures CRM is updated with monthly OB (Order Booking) & excel update for receivables
7. Annual Target will be taken by individual sales warrior & shall work towards fulfilment of targets"
