Executive - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities :
1. Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
2. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
3. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
4. Handling customer queries in terms of generating opportunities
5. Keeping regular updates on products and processes for lead generation
6. Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Keeping regular updates on competing products
9. Researching and mining the database for outbound calls.
10. Creating a pipeline for opportunities
11. To maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment among employees, clients and managers.
12. Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups.
13. Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
Qualifications & Skills :
Any Graduate
1. Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM
3. Software & other computer basic knowledge
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
6. Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
7. Exceptional customer service skills.
8. Strong listening and sales skills.
9. Ability to achieve targets.
