Executive - Business Development (1-6 yrs)
- Reach out to the Leads created by you on a day to day basis directly (Face to Face) and convince the prospects to purchase the plans of the product
- Generate leads through referrals or any other methods
- Should understand the pain points of the users, empathize and explain how our product would be useful to them and convince them to buy
- Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with potential future prospects that have been identified and build positive relationships with them for future scope of sales.
- Ensuring that the sales are made in compliance to set quality parameters and not giving false information and commitment to users
- Assisting new prospects on the queries, creating interests in our product offerings
- Building a good professional relation with the existing users to ensure they continue using our product on a long term basis, resulting in enhanced renewals
- Keep yourself updated with the new feature release and any changes on the product.
