Executive - Business Development (1-6 yrs)
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- The most important end-results for which an incumbent would be held responsible at the end of the year.
- Enrollment and conversion of leads to company program
- Executing medication reorder refills in the process of meeting leads for sales call for main program
- High conversion levels of leads
- Generation of own leads and conversions through own initiatives outside company generated leads
- Coordinate with the Setup team to complete smooth induction of newly registered customer
- Participation in sales promotion activities
Day to Day responsibilities:
- To ensure that lead with prospective patients is met on the assigned Visit as per committed appointment
- Ensure deliveries effected for reorders where sales appointment for main program has been fixed
- Prospecting lead sources through own initiatives, setting up appointments through outbound calling, visiting the leads as per appoint, and converting these additional leads
Competencies / Skills Required:
- Need people who can do field sales and also people who are good at doing marketing (Promotional activities, setting up camps, distributing pamplets etc)
- Ability to engage and build positive relationships with doctors
- Ability to read, comprehend and explain medical reports and prescriptions
- Good verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer orientation
- Ability and willingness to travel locally
