Executive - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls : Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and rapport-building.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively answer questions and overcome objections.
Customer Engagement : Develop relationships with prospects to encourage future sales and foster customer loyalty.
Data Entry : Accurately record customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Performance Tracking : Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales closure.
