Executive - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
1. Field Sales
2. Product : Zipper
Role :
1) Handling sales and marketing of the company's products all across the assigned region
2) Responding to inquiries received through email, calls, portals, exhibitions etc.
3)Calling prospects and convincing them to use SVP zipper and converting them into customers
4) Solving the queries of the clients and negotiate for closing of the deal.
5) Visiting clients for Techno commercial discussion / negotiation.
6) Accompanying clients to company factory as and when required
7) Attending exhibitions held across India as per guidance from manager
8) Execute the promotion related work of the company.
10) Provide after sales service so as to ensure that the client is retained.
11) Follow up of payment if the same is not received in time from client.
12) If complaint received from client then provide them proper solution for the same in coordination with quality team and also see that the same is not repeated again.
Responsibility :
1) Identify new market for our product thereby generate business for the company
2) Be front face for the co. and one point of contact as far as possible.
3) Punch order in the system.
4) Co-ordinate with factory for the current status of order.
5) Negotiate with client for the rates.
6) Development of new samples for client as and when required
7) Follow up for payment ( as and when required)
8) Work as coordinator between 2 dept.( production and dispatch)
