Job Purpose :
The Business Development Executive will focus on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. The role involves executing effective cold-calling strategies, delivering presentations, and converting prospects into clients for the marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation and networking.
- Create and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations to showcase the agency's services to potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for business growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, agreements, and contracts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
- Report on sales progress, lead status, and new business opportunities to senior management.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience in business development, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is preferred.
