Executive - Business Development (1-4 yrs)

Job Description :

Job Summary : As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by generating and qualifying leads for the sales team.


- You will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, engaging with them through various channels, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.


- This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work in a fast paced, target-driven environment.


Responsibilities : Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.


- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, authority, and timeline to determine their fit for our products/services.


- Engage with prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.


Set up and schedule qualified sales meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead interactions in the CRM system.


- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies and campaigns.


- Continuously learn about our products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to prospects.


- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and sales opportunities. Requirements: Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred.


- Strong verbal and written communication skills.


- International market experience will be a plus Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.


- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.


- Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections.


- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. International market experience will be a plus.


- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.


- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
