Role Description: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and drive sales to achieve revenue goals. You will play a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence and contributing to long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals.

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure client satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.

- Analyze sales data and provide reports to senior management.

- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
