Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve offerings and strategies.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to secure new business.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and client interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (freshers with a strong passion for sales are welcome).
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
