- Proactively identify and research potential clients and target markets.

- Utilize various channels to generate leads, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.

- Qualify leads based on established criteria and prioritize high-potential opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.

- Conduct sales calls and presentations to showcase our products/services and address client needs.

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Track and report sales activities and results using designated tools and systems.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Work closely with marketing and other teams to align sales and marketing strategies.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business development initiatives.
