Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our company's products or services to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, present our products or services, and address their questions.
- Develop and submit customized proposals to clients, tailored to their specific requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively present to clients.
