Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, as well as maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

Market Research :

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.

- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective business strategies.

Lead Generation :

- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

- Qualify leads and assess potential business opportunities.

Sales Strategy :

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

- Work closely with the client services team to address customer concerns and inquiries.

Proposal Development :

- Prepare and present compelling business proposals to potential clients.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure new business.

Reporting :

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.

- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
