Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Basic Responsibilities :
- To develop the market for our products in the institution segment.
- To identify and propose prospective Field Staff as per the SOP of the company.
- To have strict adherence to the policies of the company in Credit, Price and discounts
- To establish a healthy and cordial relationship with the channel partners/customers for our business growth.
- To control, motivate and train the Field Staff and thereby to achieve the desired efficiency periodically.
In Market :
- To identify potential lead and process the sales effectively
- To Coordinate with the concerned department heads and extend best service to the customers
- To work with the Field Staff and give necessary training on the field
- To be in constant touch with Key Customers directly.
- Always keeping an eye on Competition and reporting to Superior
- Attending complaints pertaining to Product and Service and to suggest a probable solution as per the norms of the Company.
