Job Description: Business Development Executive

About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive (Field Sales), you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting: Identify, research, and prioritize potential clients within your assigned territory.

- Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

- Sales Process: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.

- Understand customer needs and pain points, and tailor solutions to address them.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Account Management: Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

- Share insights and feedback with the sales team to improve strategies and tactics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven track record in field sales, preferably in any industry.

- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
