Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)

Job Role :

As a Business Development Associate you will be responsible for contacting small/medium sellers and large enterprises in India that have shown interest in setting up their products to sell in the US (warm leads) on the world's largest e-commerce platform. You may also need to travel to meet strategic high-value targets to help them onboard. Our organization will provide travel (for meetings), accommodation and other related costs.

Responsibilities :

- Communication : Regularly communicate with potential clients through various channels such as phone calls and emails. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions.

- Follow-ups : Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to ensure their queries and concerns are addressed and to keep them engaged.

- Explain Service Offering : Clearly explain the services offered by our company to potential clients. Ensure they understand the benefits and features of our services.

- Meeting High-Value Targets : Meet high-value targets in person to discuss our services and negotiate deals. All expenses for these meetings will be paid as per the company's internal policy.

- Data Management : Track all interactions with potential clients and maintain this data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure the CRM is always up-to-date with the most recent information.

- Onboarding Assistance : Assist sellers with the onboarding process. Ensure they understand how to use our platform and services effectively.

- Information Gathering : Gather all required documents from sellers during the onboarding process. Ensure all documents are correctly submitted and stored.

Qualifications :

- Preferred 6 months of sales experience in B2B E-commerce (We welcome freshers too!)
