Executive - Business Development (1-1 yrs)
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (Government Officers), including corporate officers, CEOs, government officials, and other key decision-makers.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new leads and opportunities to expand the company's client base.
Sales Meetings:
- Conduct sales meetings with customers, either digitally or in-person, to understand their needs and present our products and services effectively.
Business Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive area sales growth and achieve agreed-upon sales outcomes.
Product Presentation:
- Demonstrate and present our products and services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
New Business Establishment:
- Identify and establish new business partnerships and opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.
Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Sales Targets:
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas as set by the company.
Minimum Qualification
Graduation or Post Graduation
Experience range
- 0.6 to 1 years in Marketing and Business Development
Preferred Qualification
- Good Communication Skills in English or Hindi
- Laptop compulsory
