The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and ensuring the company's long-term success. This dynamic and results-oriented individual will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and negotiating deals that align with the company's strategic objectives. They will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to expand market presence, enhance revenue, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.

- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to engage clients and prospects effectively.

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that the company's products or services meet client needs and expectations.

- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new growth areas.

- Track, report, and analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company and network with potential clients.
